You must be over the age of 21 to rent a room or cottage. A valid credit card is required when reservation is made. We will charge the full amount that is due at booking. If you need to cancel your reservation no charges will incur if canceled 7 days or more prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within those 7 days prior to your arrival date your card will be charged the full amount.
If you need to cancel your reservation during special events (Eagle Watching weekend/Vintage Wine Festival/Winter Wine Walk/Burgoo), you must do so 30 days or more prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund. We are not able to reschedule reservation dates. During our peak season May to October we do require a 2 night stay on weekends. During our non peak season November to April a 2 night stay is not required(excluding Eagle Watch Weekend, Winter Wine Walk and New Year's Eve)
Check in is available after 3PM. All rooms will be self-check in. Check out is 11am. Free street parking is available or there is also a free lot across the street from us.
All rooms are non-smoking. An additional $150 cleaning fee will be added if you violate this policy.
We are not responsible for personal items left behind. If something is left behind we will hold it for 30 days and will gladly ship it back to you for a $30 fee.
You are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to Landers House.
Free hi-speed wifi is available in all units.
The Valley Cottage is our only pet friendly cottage and no exceptions will be made allowing a dog in any other cottage, suite or standard room. An additional $50 pet fee is required.
Your dog must be up to date on all vaccinations and be on a leash at all times. If you plan on leaving your dog unattended in the cottage at any time please bring along a travel crate.You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog and any damage done to property.
Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or beds.If for any reason we need to shampoo carpets or furniture due to pet "markings" You will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee. There is a 2 dog limit no exceptions.
