The Valley Cottage is our only pet-friendly accommodation. No exceptions will be made for allowing dogs in any other cottage, suite, or standard room. A $50 pet fee is required per stay. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and kept on a leash at all times while outside the cottage. If you plan to leave your dog unattended at any time, a travel crate is required. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If carpets or furniture require cleaning due to pet accidents or markings, an additional $50 cleaning fee will apply. There is a two-dog maximum, and no exceptions will be made.
Do you serve breakfast?
No. Lander's House had traditionally operated as a bed and breakfast, and our guests have long enjoyed the exceptional meals prepared by our beloved breakfast vendor. Following their recent retirement, we've been unable to find a replacement who meets the same high standards. As a result, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause breakfast service for now. Our rates have been adjusted accordingly.
Do you provide firewood?
We provide firewood during our busy season (May to October). You may purchase firewood at the local Casey's.
Do you have grills available?
Unfortunately we do not.
Are all of your cottages pet friendly?
No. Only our Valley Cottage is pet friendly.
